These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI PM Mentor and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dmytro Nizhebetskyi IT Project Manager JDG, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@itpmschool.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Payment information is processed securely by Creem, our payment processor. By submitting payment information, you grant us the right to provide that information to Creem for the purpose of completing your transaction. We do not store your full credit card details.
AI PM Mentor offers a 5-day free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription of $29/month. Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Fee changes will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle with prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Consumers in the EU/EEA may withdraw from purchases within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, send written notice to support@itpmschool.com before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method. Note: if you consent to immediate access to digital services before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right, that right no longer applies.
If you cancel during your 5-day free trial, you will not be charged. Beyond the trial, our full refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy at /legal/refund. To request a refund, email support@itpmschool.com with your full name, account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
By submitting content to the Service (such as messages or project details), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We will not share or sell your specific conversations with third parties.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, frameworks, and methodologies are and will remain the exclusive property of Dmytro Nizhebetskyi IT Project Manager JDG. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The AI-generated guidance is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career counselling, HR advice, or employment guidance. We are not responsible for any career decisions, job applications, interview outcomes, promotions, demotions, resignations, or any other professional or employment results arising from acting on AI recommendations. Users should exercise their own independent judgment and consult qualified human professionals before making high-stakes career or employment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content generated through the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We will attempt to resolve any disputes informally first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland. EU consumers also retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
