For billing disputes or subscription cancellations, you can manage your subscription directly from the Account page or contact us at support@itpmschool.com if you have been charged unexpectedly.
How can I reach you if I have a problem or question?
The fastest way is email. Write to support@itpmschool.com and you'll hear back within one business day — usually sooner. Whether it's a technical issue, a billing question, or just something that's not working the way you expected, send it over and we'll sort it out.
For subscription and billing changes, you can also manage everything directly from your Account page — including cancelling, updating payment details, or reviewing your billing history. No need to wait for a reply if it's something you can handle yourself.
If you've been charged unexpectedly or need a refund, mention that in your email and reference our Refund Policy for what's covered.
