Refund Policy

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, send written notice to support@itpmschool.com before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method. Important: if you provide express consent to begin accessing the Service before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal, the right no longer applies from that point.

2. Free Trial

AI PM Mentor offers a 5-day free trial. If you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. Your access continues until the end of the trial period. We require a payment method to start the trial so your access is uninterrupted if you choose to continue — but no charge occurs during those 5 days.

3. Subscriptions

After the free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. Beyond 30 days from your first paid charge, subscription fees are non-refundable regardless of how frequently you accessed the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. 4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact us at support@itpmschool.com before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund may be issued regardless of how much time has elapsed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@itpmschool.com with the following details: your full name, the email address on your account, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a final decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
